This guild is strong due to its members and the way that we behave.
As members in the guild these are your rules and your input is valued.
Feel free to suggest rules and ask questions either here or to one of our friendly officers.
Guild RulesThe purpose of these guild rules is to keep a friendly and fun community. These are a guide to members and non members about what the guild finds acceptable and not acceptable behaviour.
If you disagree with or have a question about the rules then take it up with one of our friendly officers.
Guild chat1.We encourage you to greet your guildies when you come online.
2.Do feel free to ask questions or help from your guild mates
3.Do feel free to offer to give away items that you don't need
4.Do feel free to request items that you need. While sometimes these will be given for free othertimes be prepared to pay.
5.Don't continually spam the channel with the same message. People might be too busy to answer or do not have the answer, item or time to join you.
6.Don't use swear words excessively and avoid those that will cause offence. If you are asked to tone down your language by any guild member then do so.
7. Do not abuse rules 2-4 with excessively/exclusively asking for assistance/items, be humble and do not abuse a guildies time effort and trust in helping you.
TradingIf you wish to do a lot of selling and buying with guild/alliance members then do it via merchant row on the forum.
Participation in eventsParticipation in missions, events and PvP are all optional. Please note that if you help others out with missions then they are more likely to help you out. New members and old are able to join in any event.
Participation on the forumAll members are required to register in the forum. We are an international alliance and therefore communication needs to happen through the forum since not all members are online at the same time.
Absence for longer then two weeks. Please post in the Extended absences forum (only visible to guild members).
viewforum.php?f=30Guild members become friends and we worry about you when you go away for a long period of time without notice. Your place will always be kept in the guild if we know that you are going to be away. Plus if your going on a holiday then you can brag to the rest of the guild.
Character NamesChoosing character names is a complex process. When you create a character, choose a name that is not offensive. You may be asked to delete a character with an offensive name at the council's discretion.
Reporting IssuesIf you have an issue with the behaviour of someone else in the guild then talk to them. Many issues are misunderstandings and can be easily resolved with a bit of communication. If this does not resolve the situation then report it to an officer. If you have an issue with an officer then report it to the guild leader.
Do not any any time discuss the issue outside of with an officer/guild leader and the other party. This causes rumours and further misunderstandings.
Listening to the officersThe officers of the guild are there to help run the guild. If you are asked to do something then please follow their instructions.
This is if you are asked to stop messaging about an item not if they ask you to join for a mission. Again if you have an issue report it to the guild leader.
Outside the guild presenceAs a member of the Blitzers when you party with anybody your behaviour is a reflection of the guild. Be helpful and informative. Party members may end up being future guild members.
Friends joining the guildFriends are welcome in the guild. If you have a friend that wishes to join the guild then get them to post on the draft board like normal applicants and mention that they are a friend of you.
Breaking of the rulesBreaking of the rules will result in a warning. If your behaviour continues then you will be kicked.
