Every three months, the Blitzers run a guild cape competition. All members can submit an entry. Then all members can vote on the next cape. We usually go through one round of voting to make a shortlist, and then have a final vote.

The only rule for the design is that it must have the lightning bolt emblem. The rest is up to the creative talent of the designer.
